Brian Taylor, CFSMA President 2011/12
Friday 12th September, saw Brian Taylor address conference as CFSMA National President.
Throughout his address, Brian referenced the conference theme of 'Leading from the Front' and made clear that the work put into the education sessions on the future of funerals, the future of marketing and the challenges of modern media were to be the highlights of the weekend.

Following conference, Brian wanted to thank everyone involved:
"I would like to say thank you to all that attended, helped or supported the conference. I hope the educational sessions made you think about the future and how, as managers, we need to foresee change, plan ahead and be innovative to ensure that Co-operative funerals keep setting the standards, raising the bar and 'leading from the front'!"
CFSMA Educational Sessions
The education sessions lived up to Brian's address in every way. The four sessions delivered at conference were well received by members and provided an insight into the future of the funeral profession that members from all societies thought would be of real value when looking ahead and preparing their businesses for 2013 and beyond.
