Revised Offer & Ballot
Following the return of the Annual Salary Review ballot on 11th August 2015, NACO announced that members voted to reject the 1.5% one-year offer made by the business. see result
NACO's Co-operative Group Council has since been involved in further negotiation with the Co-operative Group and is pleased to confirm that a revised two-year offer has been made by the business.
The revised offer from the Co-operative Group for 2015/16 is detailed below:
- A 1.5% increase to base pay backdated to the review date of 28th March 2015
- A further 2.0% increase to base pay effective 1st January 2016 to 31st March 2017, subject to a performance matrix
Following the lengthy negotiation entered into with the Co-operative Group, NACO’s Co-operative Group Council believe this is the best offer that can be achieved for 2015/16 and recommend that members vote to accept the offer.
Ballot of Members
The decision to accept or reject this pay offer rests solely with NACO members. Ballot papers will be posted to members' home addresses on Friday 28th August 2015.
Please indicate your acceptance or rejection of the proposal and return the ballot paper to NACO in the pre-paid envelope provided. Please note that the closing date to ensure that your vote counts is 1pm Friday 11th September 2015.
