NACO has been in initial consultation with the Co-operative Group in relation to the Target Operating Model (TOM) reorganisation of the Communications and Marketing structures.
The announcements to colleagues on these proposals took place yesterday, Wednesday 15 October at 1 Angel Square. NACO was in attendance at all of the announcements but please accept our apologies if we were not available to meet with you on the day to discuss your individual circumstances.
The proposals that have now been presented for consultation assert that a number of roles have been placed at risk, a number of roles have a change in reporting lines, and there are a significant number of new roles in the structures that are available for 'at-risk' colleagues to apply for.
NACO has represented members through times of change for many years and understands how unsettling these periods can be for individuals and their families. We are committed to representing members through the TOM process, with NACO Officials available to provide support, guidance and formal representation for all members.
If you would like to speak with a NACO Official on any issue, please contact the NACO National Office. to arrange a telephone call or a face to face meeting.
Please let me know if there is anything I or my colleagues can do to assist at this time
NACO General Secretary
