Reward and Recognition 2012 – Equitable Pay
NACO is pleased to confirm that the ballot on the proposed 2012 reward and recognition negotiations for colleagues at the Co-operative College concluded at midday on Monday 11th June 2012.
The ballot has resulted in an endorsement of the offer as detailed in the communication to members on Monday 28th May 2012.
The ballot result is detailed below:

The turnout for the ballot was 67 %.
The increases to base pay through the equitable pay system utilising the pay pot of 2.5% inclusive of a flat increase of £450 plus an increase of 1.25% of base pay will be applied with effect from 1st July 2012.
