BALLOT RESULT

NACO is pleased to announce the result of the ballot of members at East of England Co-operative Society regarding the society's proposal to remove free private fuel as detailed in the communication from NACO dated 10th October 2012.

The ballot closed at 5pm on Thursday 25th October and has resulted in an endorsement of the removal of the private fuel benefit. The benefit will be removed from all colleagues no later than end December 2012, or earlier if the car user prefers, or earlier if a new car is delivered.

 
The ballot result is detailed below:

To accept 80%
To reject 20%

The turnout for this ballot was 45.5%.
