NACO Death Benefit Introduced

NACO Death Benefit

To compliment the Death in Service benefit negotiated with your employer, NACO have now introduced an additional NACO Death Benefit.

In the tragic event that a NACO member dies whilst in membership*, NACO will make £2,500 available to the member's spouse or civil partner. If you wish to nominate any other person(s) please use the Nomination Form available here.

Funded by the NACO Benevolent Fund, this benefit is designed to relieve the burden of bereavement costs and should fund the average cost of funeral expenses. No additional subscription is required and all NACO members meeting the eligibility criteria will be automatically enrolled in the benefit.

If you would like to discuss this or any other matter with NACO, please contact the NACO National Office

*Applicable to members in the following classes: Full Membership, Part Time, Unity Membership, Individual Representation Only, and Contract Membership. Including those on maternity/paternity leave & long term sick leave.
