NACO is focused on representing the view of membership. As such, we are now conducting a survey of all NACO members to understand what is important to you.
As the recognised trade union for managers and professionals in UK co-operative societies, we are tasked by you to maintain and improve your terms and conditions of employment.
Improvements to Terms & Conditions
In 2010 we surveyed members to better understand your priorities, and have used this information to focus negotiations with the societies to date. We have had some great successes in the areas you wanted us to focus on – maternity & paternity leave, maintaining a strong pensions offering and introducing flexibility into holiday arrangements – but we understand that your needs change.
2012 NACO Members Survey
For NACO to remain focused on the things that are important to you, we have created a short 5 minute survey to guide our work in 2013 and beyond.
The survey linked here looks at the full suite of employment benefits and asks you to rank their importance. We would also like to know how you rate NACO’s performance – if you believe we could be doing something better, tell us and we will respond.
To make the best use of this survey we have also included a section on diversity. None of the questions are compulsory, though we ask that you consider them carefully – if NACO understands you, your needs and your priorities, we can do an even better job when representing you.
