National Officials and Departmental Managers’ Agreement (NODMA)
Pay Review 2011 - Ballot Result
NACO is pleased to announce the result of the ballot of members on the 2011 review of the National Officials & Departmental Managers Agreement. The Ballot has resulted in an endorsement of the offer as detailed in the communication to members on 27th July 2011.
The ballot result is detailed below:
| To accept | 87.5% |
| To reject | 12.5% |
The turnout for the ballot was 51.5%.
The increases to base pay of 3.0% will be effective from 1st July 2011.
